"Transform Your Beliefs, Transform Your Life"

In this interactive group event, Heather teaches basic foundational truths of well being such as:
“I am Love”
“I am Peace”
“I am Perfect Worth"
“I am Wholeness”
"I am Abundance"
“I am a Creator”

Following the teaching segment, each person is invited into an internal process of discovery where they locate the blocks they have in experiencing these truths. Through a facilitated group discussion, participants begin to understand how they have been creating their own limitations through false beliefs, such as putting conditions on their self worth, placing regulations on loving others, and inhibiting their gifts and contributions from coming forward into the world. Heather shares methods of releasing these blocks, replacing them with truths, and empowering the individual to find their own core truth and live out their eternal capacity.

In a compelling style, non-denominational style, Heather addresses the fundamental life question, “Who am I?” as she illustrates that we are eternal spirit beings created by God and as such, we were formed to be whole and secure. She shows that in our temporary stay on the earth, however, we have adopted patterns of insecurity, which are really learned behaviors, stemming from the fact that we don’t know who we are. In an entertaining, but truth-telling style, Heather unveils common identity drugs—things we use to feel good about ourselves—such as appearance, possessions, wealth, & talents, illustrating that “security for a reason” is another form of suffering, because it can never be anything but temporary.

Ultimately, Heather maintains that our identity does not need to be externally created. She teaches us to go within, find the sacred self, and see that we already possess what we’ve been searching for. The sacred self is our indestructible spirit core that is eternally secure. Connected to God, it loves perfectly and is perfectly loved. It is wholeness, abundance and lives without limitation.

In this presentation, Heather explores the nature of our creation maintaining that according to “spiritual genetics,” all people were created for love, joy, peace, wholeness, and perfect worth. She helps remind us that the earth is not our real home and that we are temporary travelers sharing the central purpose of evolving our spirit selves. Because creatures are prone to adapting to their environment, however, in our lengthy stay we have adopted ways of living that are not in line with who we were created to be. This dichotomy is the source of our suffering.

To think, act, and live outside of our highest selves is to form our own prison of suffering. Fortunately, this prison unlocks from the inside. Rather than blame outside sources, every person can end their own turmoil, no matter the circumstance, by aligning their lives with true principles.

Our life circumstances do not define who we are, but they do reveal who we are. In this hour, we explore a non-judgmental, but truth-telling inquiry into our present selves, with the purpose of extracting the falsehoods that have created suffering and replacing them with truths that yield peace, the natural state for which we were designed.

The Infinite Way of Love is a presentation designed to enhance relationships by focusing on an essential truth of our existence: We are love. Heather teaches that according to our divine construction, we are spirit beings created from love and created for love. When we act outside of our true nature, we live separate from who we really are, which creates separation and strain in our relationships.

Heather teaches that there is no one in our lives that we cannot love. She assists us in reclaiming our capacity to have an open-heart relationship with every person, reminding us that love is not a choice that other people make for us, but something we choose for ourselves.

In her uplifting and humorous style, she illustrates that every person is our equal, and we honor all of humanity by bowing to the perfect worth and equality of every individual (especially those that challenge us!)

In the latter portion of this presentation, Heather guides the group through personal inquiry where each individual “goes within” to uncover where and with whom they have been putting conditions on love. Together, the group illuminates the reasons they have felt justified for doing so, and dissects the false beliefs that have caused their relationships to suffer. Ultimately, we come to see that “difficult” people in our lives are here to assist us in furthering our divine path and capacity to love fully, beyond reservation or condition.

The mind is the control center for our lives and it can lead us to peace, love, effective action, and creativity. The same mind, however, can also lead us to bondage, strife, fear, and anxiety. In this hour, Heather teaches how to be in the driver’s seat of the vehicle that is driving your life, empowering the audience to choose their destinations, by choosing the thoughts that lead them there.

She discusses the importance of examining conditioned mind patterns, such as fear, anxiety, and judgment, which have been ingrained into our paradigms. She teaches the necessity of “taking off the glasses” and inspecting the lenses of our own perceptions to make sure they are clear and aligned with true principles.

Above all, Heather teaches the concept of “moment by moment presence” where the past and future are eliminated, illustrating that this practice connects us to our inner spirit and is also a doorway experiencing the divine. In addition, she shares basic meditation techniques to assist in reducing stress and anxiety, and cultivating the daily experience of peace and wholeness.

Inside of every person is a unique life mission that they are here to create and bring forth. In this dynamic presentation, Heather assists the individual in locating and reclaiming their distinct purpose and inspiring them to share their gifts with humanity.

She recounts her path in discovering her life mission and claiming the gifts that she desired, but believed she wasn’t qualified to possess. In her humorous and candid style, she shares her own compelling journey of overcoming these blocks and becoming a published author, a talk radio show host, and a public presenter.

Heather teaches that partnering with the Creator—the one who gave us these gifts—is an essential step in making our life’s offering. When we work for the sake of the work itself, and not ourselves, we become pure vessels through which powers of creation can flow. Because we are fulfilled already, we are free from the many traps of fear that hold us back and we are unattached to the results, which liberates to give without inhibition.

There are gifts in embryo inside of every person. Heather teaches that when we claim these gifts and grow them, we find deep satisfaction because we are living out the capacity of our creation. She shares principle of “being a creator” stating that when we make our offering to the world by becoming creators ourselves, we honor the One who formed us.

Drawing on her experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, Heather addresses the physical aspect of our existence by discussing the importance of a healthy lifestyle habits, such as nutrition and exercise.

She shares her truth-telling journey of making peace with the bathroom mirror and declares that it’s essential for every person to fall in love with who they are—because that is when change arises from a place of self-love, not self punishment. Only then will our commitments be long lasting, and bring joy (not dread!) to our lives.

Heather illustrates the necessity of caring for the whole self. The physical body is the vehicle that allows us to carry out our life missions and spiritual purposes on the earth, and therefore, it’s essential that we provide the highest care. She discusses the difference between vanity and true beauty, claiming that outer beauty is reflection of inner beauty and that a balanced life is a beautiful life.
